Dear God,

They said we had had the last of the snow but they were wrong.  A snow storm came overnight leaving the most magnificent sight.  Every branch and limb, every blade of grass, statue and object held out their arms to receive the exquisite snowflakes.  I was awash with joy and gratitude.

In life we are continually surprised by you, Creative God.  The unexpected can come to us with bells on.  It is always a call to take notice, to pause and reflect and to recognize the radical goodness of our God.

that literally fall
from heaven.
We are blessed
and don't even
know it.
Forgive us
for taking off
our glasses.
