Dear God,
When we trust you, really, really trust you, we relieve ourselves of fear, doubt, and worry. When we take the full reigns of our lives, we second guess, feel anxious, and live with fear. What is faith but a radical trust in you?
What is there to do on days when we suffer with ill health but trust you? When we realize we do not have the power to overcome alone, we can moan and groan, complain and judge, and get irritated and angry or we can take our concerns and hand them over to the Great Physician who will do a far better job taking care of us than we can take care of ourselves.
Every day we have the option of doing our own thing or doing yours. Why would we ever choose our own?
Loving God,
thank you
for allowing us
to trust you.
Thank you
for blessing us
with faith
that connects us
to you.
Thank you
for eternal love
that never ends.
Always, Andrea
