Dear God,

This morning I stood mesmerized watching the darkness give way to the light.  Each morning is a brand new day with fresh beginnings.  Every day is the same...the darkness giving way to the light.

I find such hope in the start of the morning.  I love to open the door, to watch the transition, to wait for the light, to celebrate and give thanks.

I trust
in you,
Holy One,
because no one
is more trustworthy
than you.
Thank you
for the assurance
of a
new day.
We are blessed.
