Dear God,
I was embarrassed when the small gathering applauded as I stepped into church for worship. I had been gone for four months since leaving for home in Indiana. I blushed and motioned for them to stop. I did smile for their love and friendship were evident.
But isn't that what the saints do when someone returns to the fold? Isn't that what love does when it meets more love? Isn't that what you do when we step into your presence? Yes is the answer to all the questions.
Faith teaches us so much, Gracious God. You bind us together. You constantly reveal your grace. You whisper, "Come on in; so good to see you." You give us the capacity to love more, to offer more to others and to let faith grow even more. You bless us over and over, again and again.
Thank you,
thank you,
dear God,
for all
you are,
for all
you do
and for all
you give
to us.
We are blessed.
Our fountains
of blessings overflow.
Love, Andrea
