Dear God,

Today I realize when something terrible happens, it is time to double up on trust.  Because we have no control over another's person's life, we cannot change their decisions however horrible they may be.  We may want to scream NO but we do not have that power.  

And so we turn to you for comfort, hope and help.  The only way to receive your loving grace is to trust.

Help us,

O God,

turn to you

in all things.

Help us

be courageous

and full

of loving prayer.

Help us

to trust you more.
