Dear God,

For several days I let my devotions, writing and prayers slide.  I became spiritual lazy.  I gave priority to my work projects.  I realize that while I worked and failed to remain close, you stayed close to me.  Funny how that works.  I cannot escape you.  Why would I want to?

Today as I walked and prayed, read my devotional materials and sat with my circle of sacred friends, I felt the amazing beauty of what it means to have you by my side 24/7.  What a gift and blessing.  What a miracle!

for love

and presence

that never ends.

close today.
