Dear God,

It is time to reveal love all over again.  Making favorite goodies for each member of my family brings special joy to me because it blesses them.  Reading their list, buying ingredients, then baking, making and preparing allows me to reflect upon them and my special, unique love for each one.

Where would we be without Advent and this beautiful time to consider the many gifts you give?  And to think it comes year after year after year!  What a holy time of love dwelling with us, spilling over and reaching out to others!
