My dearest God,
I was sewing away on my Christmas bags when the song Snow on Saint James came on my CD player. With a deep sense of closeness I stopped my work and stepped into the front room. My hands just naturally moved upward as I wanted to give my full self to you. As I danced, I lifted my eyes to heaven knowing that you were in the room with me as I moved with the breath of your spirit. Moments such as these stand as the most precious to me as I glide effortlessly to eternity's song.
Quiet intimate times with you unfold as I listen for heaven's song in my heart. No matter what I am doing, my soul awaits your invitation. And then I dance because I must. I must respond to the gift of blessing you are in my life.
Heaven opens and I see the joy that you are. I know your grace and it compells me to act judiciously to take your hand. Can there be any greater joy than this?
Love overflows
within me,
Glorious God,
as I
experience these
momentous occasions
of your
sacred presence.
Let my devotion
be a token
of my
utter faith
in you.
Love always, Andrea
