Dearest God,
Today as I prayed for the people of Japan, I remembered Haiti, Peru, New Zealand, and the Gulf coast including those who've suffered in both the oil spill and the hurricane. So many suffering people, dear God, so many.
I was so aware of my own creature comforts and the lack of even the barest essentials for those in other places. How can I be a recipient of blessings when others have been stripped of theirs?
Show us how
to help
one another,
Gracious God;
show us
the way.
Sincerely, Andrea
