Dear God,

Sometimes loss can blind us to the truth waiting to be revealed.  We get so fixed on our sorrow that we cannot see beyond it.  We may react in anger or resentment depending on what we perceive as loss.  If truly blind we will miss the cues of your living spirit.

I can be blind.  I can react in anger.  I can miss your subtle cues.  On the other hand, I realize times of loss can thrust us into your loving arms where eyes, ears, and mind can be opened to sacred resources which can give us a chance to heal, grow, and be transformed.

Today was a learning day.

Masterful God,
full of surprises,
thank you
for valuable
life lessons.
Teach us
your way.
I so want
to learn
from you.

Love, Andrea
