Dearest God,

You give us a sense of the holy when our souls desire a pilgrimage of faith.  When we stumble through life without real direction, we see life from the surface.  While the surface may be made up of fascinating images, we may miss the depths of faith that have something more to say about the pictures before us.  When faith adjusts our eyes we begin to see deeper and deeper until our hearts are filled with awe, thanksgiving, and humility.  We start seeing the divine connection and we know we are blessed.

You give us yourself when we commence a journey with the holy.  When we draw into the great mysteries of faith, life comes alive in ways we never could have imagined.  We see, hear, touch, taste, and smell the wonders of faith.  We are changed, transformed by these wonders and we anticipate daily holy moments.  We walk in wonder knowing we have the blessing of walking with you as our guide.

As we continue the journey of a lifetime, you teach us more and more.  Our relationship to you takes on greater meaning and you help us see through the lens of faith, a wonder in itself.  There we see you.
