Dear God,

One touch of your spirit can warm the heart, heal the soul, and renew the mind.  You can change us because your love is powerful and compassionate.

Sometimes we have a one-track mind.  We cannot see beyond our belief.  Our belief is nothing will change.  Everything will remain the same.  Yet, you come to us; you whisper new truths to us.  You tell us to trust you, to open our souls to your word, your help, and your guidance.  You remind us of former days when your transforming hand altered our lives, bringing about new peace and joy.  Trust, you utter, trust me like before.

Your words to us, your kindness, and your generosity touch us in ways nothing else can.  You wrap us in loving arms and then you do your inspiring work.
