Dear God,
Early this morning it looked like a Halloween sky, orange on the horizon with brown, gray and black. Beautiful from the Walmart parking lot.
Oh, such things draw me to you. Who else could paint the sky that way? Who else would want to on a daily basis?
Every day you greet us with amazing sunrises. All day long you speak through nature, people, situations, unexpected gestures and acts of compassion. By nightfall you send us a kiss with blessed sunsets.
Thank you
for the blessings
of each day.
Thank you
for reminding us
you are
with us
as a
living presence.
Thank you
for the sweetness
of your mercy.
Love, Andrea
