Dear God,

Last Sunday in worship I listened to the choir sing a beautiful song; however, all I kept hearing over and again were the same two words...always remember.  Always remember.  I listened in my own soul as the words rolled around.  Always remember.

Always remember the times God inspired you.  Always remember the moments of special grace.  Always remember when you were picked up from the floor of despair and defeat.  Always remember when love swept in and carried you on its wings.  Always remember when faith grew, hope came to life and peace became possible.  Always remember.

What a

lovely gift

you gave me

as I listened

to your

word proclaimed

through music.

Thank you

for the reminder

to remember always.

Thank you

for every time

you touched

my life,
