Dear God,

Sometimes we lose our way.  We forget you are the author of hope and help.  You created conversion and transformation.  You possess power and strength and compassion and mercy.  You are creator of life on every level, space and time!

As humans we are linear thinkers, believers and doers.  There is no other way to say it.  We rely on our own human power.  Our perspective is limited, our vision impaired and our ability lessened when we count on our own talents, skills and belief system.  Why do we do so when we know there is something, someone greater.  Alas, we are human!

But, when we open ourselves to the possibility that suddenly presents itself, when we take that outstretched hand and we begin the journey again, it is like walking into a new world full of hope and potential.  Great things can and will happen when we reach back and take yet another step forward together.
