Dear God,

Just out of the blue the word "conversion" came to me.  Always considered a religious word, today it brought comfort.  Conversion, an opportunity to let this go for that, to change from one thing to another, to adopt this, to create that, to alter my thinking, to transform.  All this sounds really good to me right now.

We do not ever have to be stuck because you give us the chance to be unstuck, not trapped.  You are always opening doors or windows to the future in our next moment.  I can change right now, in this instant.  

Sometimes we get locked into a certain way of doing things or believing; however, conversion is the occasion when we can shift things around.  When we invite you in or if we accept your invitation to join you in this life journey, we can convert so much of life in and around us.  When we allow this word, this concept or this way of being to become an integral part of our life, we can do things we never imagine.  And why not???

Holy God,

convert us

into willing beings

who want more

than what is

right now.

Change us,

transform us,

convert us

into that

something more.
