Dear God,
In the early morning hours you told me what to do. You showed me the way. You gave me the words to say and the way to say them. Your Holy Spirit settled upon me and I drank from the cup of your loving mercy.
The conversation went wonderfully well as I spoke candidly with my husband about my health condition. I talked about the need for fresh eyes (the two words you gave me when I prayed) to look at my situation. As I read from the outline I had written, he was very attentive, caring, and interested. He listened to every word. I asked him to be my advocate because I have watched him move mountains before. I told him I trusted him completely to help me. Within two hours he made phone calls and was able to get me an appointment tomorrow morning.
Gracious God,
Hope of the World,
thank you
for trust
that grows
when we
turn to you.
Thank you
for your assistance,
your mountain-moving power,
and your
tender love.
How blessed
we are
when we rely
on you.
Thank you!
Love, Andrea
