Dear God,

I can't help but think of you every time I look out the windows of our Maine home.  Scene after beautiful scene reveal signs of your presence.  The vegetable garden grows daily and I see subtle changes day to day. The Victorian flower garden my neighbor and I created between our properties displays its spectacular blooms of pink, purple, white, yellow, and blue, some of our favorite colors.  The spiritual path at the opening of the woods sings its tranquil song.

Who would not think of you?

Glorious God,
thank you
for beauty
all around.
Thank you
for reminding us
we do not create alone.
You are
the Master Artist
who provides
the tools
and the colors.
But oh and aah,
the joy,
of being
on our knees
in the soil
together.
Blessed are you,
Loving Father.

Forever yours, Andrea
