Dearest God,

Timing is everything!  Your time is always right on time!

Twelve years ago when you whispered, "There is the opening to the spiritual path.", I didn't know what you were talking about.  Yet, I followed you into the gnarly, tangled, ominous mess and we began the work on the spiritual path.

Today my carpenter worked on the spiritual hermitage.  As I sat and watched the frame go up, the roof put on and the windows put in, I thought about that first time you spoke about the path.  At that time I had no idea what was coming.  I didn't care because it was enough to follow you day to day rather than plan ahead.  It was never my plan then nor now.  It wasn't my time either but surely as I reflect back, each time it was your time for the next turn in the path, the next stone, the next plant, the next hermitage.  Blessings abound.
