Dear God,

He is never going to get out of his wheelchair.  He needs help over the course of the day.  Yet, he writes amazing songs filled with Christian hope, love and mercy.

Recently I felt a bit discouraged.  I wondered if anything would or could change.  But then today I sang this composer's song.  I really listened to his words, his own beliefs and faith and I thought if this man can believe in hope and transformation then I can have hope too.

I so admire this composer.  I love his music, his lyrics and his faith.  I look to him when I lose heart, courage or trust.  He shows me the way from his wheelchair and I am so grateful.
