Dear God,

Day one of Advent.  O God, how blessed we are to be on the Advent journey once again.  I love this season where our spirit moves from one day to the next, from hope to love, from darkness to light knowing where our travels will take us.

O Lord, I want a faith that moves, lives, changes, grows and multiplies.  I do not want to grow static, unmoving and stale.  I want a living faith.

Nudge me,
move me,
challenge me
this Advent,
O Holy One.
Make me clay
in your hands.
Shape and
reshape me,
I pray.
