Dear God,

Today we were tested for Covid-19.  A few months ago we didn't even know what Covid-19 was.  Now we do, tragically.

How can a microscopic piece of biological material have so much power to destroy and even kill?  As humans we operate as small gods thinking we have so much power.  But this teeny, weensy object has more power than we.  It's a life lesson.

Almighty God,
lead us
to a way
to eradicate
this plague
that threatens
hundreds of millions
of people.
Help us, please.
Show us
the way
to renewed health,
helping one another
back to health.
