Dearest God,

My grandchild dreams of taking her own life.  At age 16 she is extremely bright with a 4.0 average at school.  She is articulate, caring, beautiful and holds much promise for the future but her inner demons, whatever they are, fight to claim her life.

How do we battle the horror and terror that exists in her mind?  How do we help transform her?  She is getting much help from her psychiatrist, group counselor and personal counselor.  My children spare no expense in providing the best care they can find.  How do we save her, O God; how do we save her???

Compassionate and Mighty God,

you created all

your children.

You made Charlie

very special;

yet, she

is troubled.

Please save her,

dear God,

please save her.
