Dear God,

There is beauty; then there is beauty.  In this amazing springtime beauty is all around.  Flowers, bushes and trees display colorful shapes and textures.  It is easy to enjoy all this season brings.

But that's not all.  There is a rare beauty that goes beyond the visible springtime array of color.  There is the gentle whisperings of where, how and why of such beauty.  Those murmurings take us to you, Creative God, because all has come from your hand.  Without air, sunshine, water and warm temperatures, nothing would exist.  There would be none of it.  

When we pause for just a moment, we can be blessed by the beauty of all creation not just what is visible before us.  We can feel gratitude and thanksgiving for springtime but also for the Creator, you, Wondrous God, for all you give us.  Blessing joins beauty together giving us pause and cause to express our wonderment, appreciation and love.

of creation.

for your hand

in all

we see,

taste, touch,

hear and smell.

We are blessed

and you

are our

greatest blessing.
