Dear God,
This morning I am sitting outside in the campground near where I just crawled out of my tent. I watch squirrels climb nearby trees. I hear the sound of different birds chirping good morning. A few raindrops are falling from the branches after an early morning sprinkle. I am content and at peace.
Nature is a wondrous thing; it amazes, titillates and blesses. I love to be outdoors where I always find you waiting. Autumn is a beautiful time of the year. The trees just have a tinge of color but no matter I find all I need right where I am sitting.
As seasons change, you attempt to change us reminding us we too need to change and be transformed by your amazing grace. Whatever excess debris I have in my soul, this is the time to dislodge it and let go. whatever loveliness wants to rise up needs space to do so. It is a wonderful time of the year filled with possibility.
Creator God,
thank you
for the blessing
of faith.
For faith reveals
so much.
Thank you
for campgrounds
set aside
by generous people.
Love, Andrea
