Dear God,

When evil has a foothold in daily living, it is a marvel to begin the day with a spectacular pink and purple sunrise!!!  It turns negative thoughts into positive ones.  It rids the mind of dark places with divine light.  And it replaces hopelessness with hope.

All this happened this morning, O Lord, and I give full credit to you.  Even though there should never be a surprise when glorious things happen, still it is always a surprise to witness your appearance especially coming out of the darkness.

How happy I am to have passed by the front room window this morning to see the amazing work you were doing just outside my bedroom window!
