Dear God,

A living faith will give us a living song to sing.  When we trust in you establishing a living relationship, we begin to live anew.  Suddenly new life seems to pop all around us.  Colors take on a new brightness.  Your living water quenches our thirst. 

I love the line from the song, With Every Breath, "With every word I speak, new hope I will sing."
Faith reveals hope and hope causes us to want to sing.  When we become aware of new life within us, hope stirs and faith follows.

Faith opens doors to joy and gladness.  Days, weeks, months, and years can unfold differently as we live in faith with you, O Lord.  You make all this possible even in seasons of drought and difficulty because you are God and we are your children.

Loving God,
teach us
to trust you,
to follow you,
and to
reside in
your living presence.
May we sing
your song forever.
