Dear God,

Bring heaven down to earth, I prayed this morning, bring heaven down to earth.  All of a sudden I saw peace come.  People breathed in the air of calm and quiet.  Joy replaced fear.  Some sang and danced.

Bring heaven to earth.  When I think of the possibility, I find myself breathing easier.  When heaven has come to me and I knew it, joy rose out of me as tears.  When I have witnessed heaven coming down for others, I remember the awe, the glory on their faces, and the hope that heaven gives.  There is nothing like heaven on earth.

Let heaven come
NOW,
O Lord,
let heaven come
NOW.
We all need heaven
right now.
The broken need mending.
The sorrowful need joy.
The anxious need peace.
Let heaven come
NOW,
O Lord,
I pray.
