Dear God,
Early this morning when the night darkness began to turn into gentle rays of pink, blue and white, I just wanted to stop my car and shout to the world to wake up, step outside, and see the magnificent display of the master artist. I could hardly keep my eyes on the road. As I observed nature's beauty all around me in my two-hour drive home, I listened to Christmas music. I was so full of your joy I decided I want to be in the heavenly choir and sing your praises all day long every day.
There are so many scenes of your presence in the world, so many. When I witness a beautiful child's giggling smile, I just want to cry out, "Did you see that, did you see that?" Such displays of your goodness keep faith alive and strong. Anything that brings joy to our heart is a sign of your presence. And to be sure, we want to stay alert to see what you have made and hear what you have given. You have given us five senses to experience your reality in the cosmos. We are always just a breath away from your picture.
Holy Father,
you are
so good
and kind.
Daily you
bless us.
How can
we not
be blessed?
Keep us aware
of our surroundings
that we
might not
miss you.
Love, Andrea
