Dear God,

You want to transform us, you want to remake us, you want to renew us to become vibrant, joy-filled, grateful faith-bearing children of light.  You want to do this because you know the dramatic ways the change will infuse us with new perspective, insights, hope, peace, and a sense of purpose.

We all fall into old patterns of expectations, disappointments, and beliefs, practices and thoughts that lead us toward worn-down paths to nowhere.  We continue to live dull lives without much hope, enthusiasm or imagination.  Stuck in places we really don't like leaves us dead and lifeless.

BUT when we accept your offer for newness of life, everything can shift helping us see something new, fresh and life-giving.  It is like taking old stuff and making it into something beautiful, healthy and extraordinary.  What was becomes something more. 

When we trust you to lead us, to transform us, and to give us a new life, we see your hand and understand the meaning and value of miracle.  The real miracle is the trust we place in you because you help us surrender all that keeps us down, holds us back and stops us from real living.  In you
truly, all things are possible!
