My dearest God,

How blessed is the gift of faith on this holiest of days! Just to awaken to the new day, the birthday of our savior and Lord, and the day of celebration brings such joy to my soul.  Christmas is not just a day of presents under the tree, good food, and family; it is about faith to believe.

Faith gives us the ability to see beyond the surface.  Faith shows us the depths.  Faith enlightens our mind, fills our soul, and initiates joy into our whole being.  Faith blesses us with the savior's love.  Faith sustains us in our losses, challenges, and hurts.  Faith gives different perspective, leads us to hope, and shows us the possibility of peace.  Faith transforms us and very often our situation.  Faith always leads us to you.
