Dear God,

Each morning when I arise early, I look for the moon.  During my devotions, I watch it travel through the sky from left to right and finally fall away.  I think of the moon and its own trust in the creator who holds it every moment of every day.

This morning I couldn't see it.  I figured there were clouds holding back the beautiful, white ball.  Yet, after about 20 minutes it peeked out and I gazed upon it giving thanks for the beauty it provides.  When it rests in the sky with twinkling white lights, I think nothing could be more beautiful.

You provide
so many
beautiful things,
O Lord.
Thank you
for the moon
that stuns
the watcher.
Thank you
for the
magnificent sky
and all
its twinkling stars.
I am blessed
to see it.

Love, Andrea
