Dear God,
I feel so at home with you. In the quiet stillness of early morning where snow is piled high outdoors, the candles are burning inside and the lights of the tree and porch radiate, each one whispers your name.
I've said it before; I'll say it again. Winter is the season where I find you most. Perhaps it is the barrenness of Autumn's colors, the loss of leaves from the trees and the snow-covered ground that give me a great sense of awe and wonder. A cold, white wintry scene murmurs your name, reveals your presence and displays the glory of your creation. I am drawn in, my soul swells to make more room for you, my spirit simply fills with delight.
I am so thankful for all you provide, Great Designer of the Cosmos. Today I whisper your name too...Love, Love, Love.
Holy God,
blessed are you
for the gifts
you give.
Thank you,
Blessed One,
for this
revealing season.
Thank you
for the scene
outside my window.
Love always and forever, Andrea
