Dear God,

We welcome you into our daily lives.  As we awaken and consider the warmth of our bed, clean water in our faucets and medicine and food in our cupboards, we are grateful you dwell with us.  As we rise to shower, dress and eat, we are grateful you dwell with us.  As we go about our day with our work, service and prayers, we are grateful you dwell with us.  When we talk with people who we love and love us back, we are grateful you dwell with us.  When we consider our blessings throughout the day as we return to our beds, we are grateful you dwell with us.

All day long we live in faith, Great God of the Cosmos.  As we reflect on your goodness and help, we recognize our blessings and we are grateful for faith that gives us eyes to see, ears to hear and hearts and hands to touch.  We dwell with you in faith, O God, and we are exceedingly grateful.

Holy God,
Savior, Redeemer,
Teacher and Guide,
thank you
for allowing us
to dwell
with you.
We are blessed
in faith
when we
entrust ourselves
to your care.
Keep us mindful
of your
many gifts.
