Dearest God,

Why is it I find you so easily as I work in the dirt?  As I clear, dig and clean areas in the woods that open up to a spiritual path, I feel somehow absorbed into you.  I feel my anxieties lessen and my love grow.  I feel your living presence and I want to fly with the birds, dance with the ferns and run with the squirrels.  I feel so free, so absolutely free!

As we take your hand and your lead, we can do incredible things.  When we open ourselves to your wondrous, amazing grace, life becomes different.  New perspectives come.  Old fears dissolve.  Love deepens.  Strength grows.  And faith, well, it explodes!
