Dear God,

Pictures of loved ones sit on my desk...my grandchildren, children, my aunt and cousin and even the Sisters of Carmel.  I look at each one and realize the gift they are to me and how, through your gracious love, you gave them to me.  I can't help but smile and feel my heart swell.

So often we miss your blessings, dearest God, but they are always before us.  Warm sunshine on a beautiful morning is a gift to all.  Love from family and friends is always a gift, one that does not rise and sit and rise again but love that remains 24/7.  All around are gifts of eternity!

Holy God,

for loved ones,

those who chose

to love us.

for all

who pray

for us,

family, friends

and even strangers.

who bless us.
