Dear God,

How do we find peace?  How do we make peace?  How do we carry peace?  I ask you, O Lord, for you are called the Prince of Peace?  Who else can we look to for lasting peace?

I cannot bear to see the pain and suffering now taking place in Ukraine.  Families who have lost loved ones, homes, job, possessions and above all their hope and peace, how will they ever find peace again?  

Lead us

to peace,

Saving God,

lead us

to peace.

Comfort the suffering,

the lost 

and afraid.

Make us peacemakers,

I pray.
