Dear God,

The James Webb telescope is moving us toward knowing more about our earliest beginnings in creation.  We are going deeper and deeper into space where we will perhaps discover how the earth was formed and life arose.  Will we find your handprint, O God?  Will we see you?

As I reflect upon faith, I always see you before it.  I believe you to be the only existence until the blackness filled with life.  Yet, what do I really know?  What will we find, Loving Creator?

Reveal yourself

to us,

O God,

I pray.

Show us

the way

to you.

Let this telescope

make its way

deep, so deep

we shall

see you.
