Dear God,

Today I want to honor you in all I do.  At nightfall I want to point to all the ways you have been working in my life.  I want to give you credit, say thank you and give praise for your wondrous and loving ways. Why?  Because you are worthy of praise, O Lord.

Living my today is not about focusing on me.  I do not need applause or recognition.  What I want and need to do is to raise awareness of your reality in the world.  When I am blessed with a healing or insight, I want to point to you.  If an answer comes or faith or hope, I want to direct my sighs of joy to you.  I want to share with the world how you are ever present in our midst working for our good and for the good of the world.

for blessings

that lead

to praise

and thanksgiving.

for staying

in touch 

and loving us

where we are.

Thank you

for offering us 

ways to share

with others.
