Dear God,
Winter is a beautiful time to climb into your glory and dwell with you. We can sit, listen and watch the beauty that is all around us. And it is everywhere.
I watched the birds flock to the tree just outside my window, a big rabbit hop across the back yard and St. Francis still holds a bird with a pile of snow on his head. These along with the sound of children playing in the snow remind me that you are author of all that is.
In the quiet rest time of winter, I ponder the mysteries of faith, hope and peace.
Thank you
for this
blessed season,
Holy God.
Thank you
for signs
and wonders.
Thank you
for love
that knows
no bounds.
Yours, Andrea
