Dearest God,

Your power is mighty and great!  Your creation is extraordinary, exquisite, and marvelous!  Your love is deep and wide!

Some days I just have to stand back and look upon all you have made.  I have to pause and think about the countless gifts we wake up to every morning.  I have to stop and breathe in the oxygen you so lavishly provide.  As I continue in my reflections with the other gifts like family, friends, church, and so much more, I well up in praise and thanksgiving.  No, life is not all I want it to be like peace for every inhabitant but the blessings around us are many.

Today I simply want to say thank you, my Lord, for your generosity.

Gracious God,
you are wondrous
and full
of glory.
You are worthy
of our praise.
Thank you,
thank you,
thank you!
