Dearest God,

You can change us; with your power you can transform us into who you want us to become.  I prayed for a troubled grandchild.  I prayed for your love to penetrate her whole person.  I prayed for your grace to help dissolve her pain.  I prayed for answers, a resolution.  I was not the only person who prayed.

While at home I spent time with her.  She laughed, teased, smiled.  I saw how your light had helped her overcome her darkness.  I witnessed her transformation.  I recognized your hand at work.  I still do.

for the power
