Dear God,

Grace is always stirring within you.  That mixture of love, forgiveness, mercy, compassion, and discernment blended together in the most incredible way spills out of you onto your people.  Grace is not a reward for good behavior; grace is the ultimate gift of your spirit.  It is the most wondrous blessing that comes from the father's heart.

Anyone who has been blessed with grace can testify to the glorious nature of grace.  Overwhelmed with peace on earth and the calm of heaven, we rise up, tall, eyes lifting, palms up, to give thanks.  Because grace fills the whole person, it spills out of us in love for the neighbor, acts of kindness, and authentic moments of worship.  Grace cannot be contained; it oozes out just as it is designed.  Grace touches, inspires, permeates, fills, and loves.

Who can deny grace to others when we have been so blessed by it?

God of grace and mercy,
you bless
again and again.
You give
again and again.
You say yes
again and again,
You ask us
to do
the same.
