Dear God,

Coming home to you each morning brings such delight to my soul!  As we come together it is like our first dance when we twirled together among the twinkling stars in the dark night skies.  I will never forget and will always be grateful.

Last night I received an astounding message from my adopted brother whose wife has been diagnosed with dementia.  Having just returned from a four-day conference on breath prayer, he shared that persons at some point enter a space without words and although there won't really be a way to converse with words, it doesn't stop the Holy Spirit from doing its work in the space. During the conference faith stepped in and all fear left him and he took the message of faith home to his wife who called him "drunk with joy."  There is a sweet knowing for them both now, a knowing of faith and love and mercy together.

I wept last night and this morning because I learned once again the depth of your love for all your people and we are, after all, all your people, every one of us.

Heavenly Father,
thank you
for taking us in,
for loving us,
and tenderly caring
for us.
What beautiful things
you do
for us.
Thank you,
thank you,
thank you.

Love, Andrea
