Dear God,

The fragrance of love is stronger than any other.  At worship this morning as our choir sang, I'm Gonna Make It, I smelled the sweet scent of your love.  Who loves us more than you?

You give us a heightened sense of love when we come to faith, when we anticipate the light to shine upon us, and when we recognize the overwhelming value of grace.  When we walk daily with you we too can carry the same essence as we live as faith-filled children of God.

Every Sunday is a day of love when we acknowledge your presence in this world.  As a community of faith we gather to worship and praise you.  We are not a perfect, flawless people, rather we know we are flawed and imperfect.  Yet, by faith we know who has made us, who helps clean us up, and who gives us unique opportunity for transformation and service.

this morning.
Thank you
for blessing us
with faith.
Thank you
for worship
that reminds us
we are
not God.
