Dear God,
I have two wonderful friends that are willing to labor in the mud in order to further the vision of completing the spiritual path in my woods. One works all summer long, digging, cutting and digging some more. She loves to rip and tear. The other flies out for a week to do the same thing. This year she is digging and planting. Why in the world would they do it and get so much dirt under their nails? I think it is because they feel their own sort of call to work with you.
As I work out there now for my 12th or 13th year, I still hear your gentle call to clear, to dig, to learn, to love, to renew and to make beautiful. I don't know how it will end; I just know you called me to action. I have no master plan, no timeline, just a desire to please you.
I am
so grateful
to you,
my Lord.
Thank you
for making me
a partner
in your creation.
Thank you
for beauty
that still
keeps coming.
I am blessed
and I
am delighted
to be
a blessing
to my neighbors
and all those
who will
come for
a blessing.
It will
be yours,
O Lord.
You will
bless others.
Love, Andrea
