Dearest God,

What a gift nature is right now.  She is speaking to us of hope and resurrection.  As the flowers blossom and the trees bud, they dance in the wind as if to say, "Trust in the Lord.  He is our hope and our salvation.  Rise, shine for new life has come."

As I watched this beautiful scene yesterday, I thought of how you always give us a picture of your living presence.  No matter where we live or what circumstances are ours, you give us a sense of your being with us.

Holy and Living God,
thank you
for the picture
of renewal.
Thank you
for new life
that has come
with spring.
Thank you
for teaching out
to us.
