Dear God,

You invite us to be part of your story.  Each day as our awareness begins you share your story, the story of creation, nature, relationship and more.  You start our day by singing out your love for us.  You nudge us to acknowledge your presence and continue the conversation all day long.  You sing out trust and hope encouraging us to stretch and grow in our love for one another, you with us and us with you and one another.  

Together we write the story of faith, love, grace, confession and joy.  We can write and rewrite and write some more.  We get to choose what will be part of the story and how much we want to be part of a story that is far greater than our story only.  What anticipation we can carry when we reflect upon a story written by a divine pen.  Our name, part of your story.
