Dear God,

Today was such a scary day when we learned our granddaughter Charlie had a grand mal seizure while touring with a school group in France.  All we could do was fall at your feet in prayer.  "O God, save our Charlie, heal her and get her home safely."  We prayed.  For hours we trusted in you as we waited silently as she flew home to Indiana.  What else could we do?

Holy Healer,

our Charlie

is your own.

Her life

has been hard

but she 

is bright,

full of promise.

She is loving

and compassionate.

She wants

her purpose

in life

to be

to help others.

Please give her

that chance,

I pray.
