Dear God,

In the early morning hours after devotions, I began to pray.  As I looked just outside, I saw the tiny white lights twinkling.  You said, "The light does not shine just up there or over there but rather everywhere."  Warmth filled my insides as I breathed in the warmth of your light.

It is the tiny things that often offer a message of divine importance.  As we listen, watch and wait, the message can come giving us just what we need when we need it.  I didn't realize I needed the early morning message until it came to me, once again from your loving hands.

Holy God,

thank you

for the gift

of light.

Thank you

for bringing

the light

to me

this morning.

Thank you

for early 

morning messages.
